Businesses need to innovate, and innovation grows out of creative exploration. Creativity is something everyone is born with. It’s just that unless you are involved in a creative vocation or hobby on a regular basis, your right brain (the part of the brain that artists rely on most) doesn’t get much exercise. So those of us who are immersed in activities that emphasize left brain (analytical) functioning could be more creative in everything that we do if we just learn to exercise the right brain more frequently and consistently. Right-brain strengthening activities are plentiful, free, and fun to engage in. Using them sets up new neurological patterns that help us perceive our world in unusual ways. Our training is conducted by a certified creativity coach/trainer and is based on Julia Cameron’s The Artists Way, training at The Creative Problem-Solving Institute, extensive study of the creative process, and the principles of Kaizen, the Japanese technique of achieving great and lasting success through small, steady steps.

Sales Training
Do you hate to sell or believe that you don’t know how? Well, nothing in this world happens until someone sells something, and we actually started “selling” when we were babies. Whether we are aware of it or not, we are often promoting something—our opinions, our products, our services, our preferences, and ourselves. We may not understand how we do this on a conscious level, but we can learn and become better at doing it. Sales does not have to be a dirty word, it does not have to be manipulative, it does not have to be “pushy” or aggressive, and we do not have to sell our souls to be successful at it. Most often, selling is about educating people and discovering whether what we’re selling is a good fit for our prospective customer. Some ways of doing this are better than others. We’ll teach you the better ways.

Yet every email you send—and you send them all the time—is a reflection of your business, and every communication needs to look and sound professional. We can teach you tips on spelling (the difference between “its” and “it’s”) and language usage (the difference between “effect” and “affect”) as well as the proper way to write sales letters and proposals. It may not be “fair,” but our ability to think clearly (and even our IQ) is often judged by the quality of our writing. So don’t let your writing skills make a poor impression on your prospects and customers; show them how smart you really are by writing well.
