Over the past 30 years, founder and owner Michele Engel (B.A. Education) has worked in administration, management, sales, and marketing capacities in a variety of industries for organizations including Yale University, Quincy Cass Associates, Harcourt Brace Jovanovich, Tandy/Radio Shack, The American Cancer Society, the University of California at San Diego (UCSD), Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), The Scripps Research Institute, and The Natural Healing Institute.
She is a speaker who has given numerous presentations on sales, marketing, and the creative process. The author of Diseases and Disorders: Autism, she has also published articles on health care, written fundraising scripts for KPBS, website copy for UCSD, and promotional material for the Women's Health Initiative and many other clients.
Associate Pamela-Hartwell Beal (B.S., M.A. Public Administration) is a business analyst who brings more than ten years of experience in project management, sales and marketing, technical writing, data analysis, and database management to the Insightrak. Her expertise in computer software includes certification as a Specialist in the Microsoft Office Suite Package and knowledge of Visual Basic, Oracle, mySQL, and numerous query/reporting/data mining software programs. She has worked for the University of Idaho Women’s Center and Undergraduate Admissions Department, the Office of Governor Batt (Idaho), Spirent Systems, and The Scripps Research Institute.
