We often work with companies that have already adopted a CRM and/or marketing automation platform and would like to ensure that they are using more of its capabilities.  Or they want to make sure that they are aware of sales and marketing best practices and have customized their software to support those practices. Sometimes it's a matter of changing some of the ways it was set up originally, and sometimes we actually do some development work to add functionality within the platform.
